Pacific Rim Int'l West is selling under the brand name of Icebear. We are both importer and manufacturer of offroad vehicles. Our factory in China was established in 1996 and has more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing offroad vehicles. We also import from other carefully selected manufacturers to ensure that we carry a variety of products that can cater to different customer needs. The fact that we are both importer and manufacturer guarantees that we have both the direct support from the factory and the flexibility of keeping different product lines to accommodate the ever-changing market.

We are located in city of Ontario,California.We specialize in 2 stroke and 4 stroke gasoline offroad vehicles. We are fully licensed with the Department of Motor Vehicle as a distributor of offroad vehicles.We carry our own EPA & CARB certificate for our products.
